Alan Williams said he has just begun walking lightly for the first time in four weeks, according to HoopsHype.
Williams went under the knife for his torn meniscus in his right knee back in September and was initially given a timetable of roughly six months. Williams signed a three-year, $17 million contract with the Suns after averaging 11.4 points and 9.1 boards in 22 minutes after the All-Star break and figures to be part of this rebuilding Suns team once he returns. For now, there is no reason to own Williams in season long leagues.
