• Alex Abrines got some work done on his troublesome knee back in May, receiving platelet rich plasma injections per Erik Horne of The Oklahoman.

Abrines is hoping that PRP treatment will help him down the line as he’s dealt with knee soreness for years. He thinks that he’ll be able to avoid the treatment for a few years if the extended rest of the offseason does the trick. Abrines is training with the Spanish National Team ahead of Eurobasket 2017 and will be fine for the regular season barring a setback. He played in 68 games as a rookie and led the Thunder in 3-point shooting, but is unlikely to emerge as a fantasy option.
