Anthony Davis appeared to aggravate the quad contusion that kept him out on Monday, and did not play the second half of Wednesday game against the Thunder.
He left with a little over a minute to play in the second quarter and did not return to the bench. Davis finished with eight points, five boards and one block, and has now missed at least some time due to injury in seven of the Pelicans’ last eight games, and the team ought to consider sitting him down until he’s completely right. If he indeed misses a long period of time Terrence Jones is a must-own player.
