December 12, 2019, 12:46 pmAustin RiversPG, Houston Rockets
Austin Rivers (illness) may be able to play limited minutes on Friday.
Rivers was unable to play on Wednesday and he should still be considered questionable for tomorrow. Ben McLemore remains the more appealing fantasy option given his scoring upside.

January 22, 2020, 10:20 pmElfrid PaytonPG, New York Knicks
Elfird Payton did a little bit of everything in Wednesday's 100-92 loss to the Lakers, ending the contest with eight points, six rebounds, nine assists, a steal and two blocks.
Payton is emerging as someone that could hold value in standard leagues. He is certainly a worthy streamer for teams that need a bump in assists, and if his playing time keeps up, the usage could see him being snagged off all wires.
January 22, 2020, 10:20 pmPascal SiakamPF, Toronto Raptors
Pascal Siakam looked good in his 34 minutes in Monday's win over the Sixers, posting 18 points on 8-of-23 shooting with 15 boards, three dimes, one 3-pointer and one steal.
Siakam is not yet back to his top-25 form, delivering value just inside the top-100 in 9-cat per game rankings over the last two weeks. He's recorded 16.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks on .437 shooting over that span. He's still a buy-low guy right now.
January 22, 2020, 10:16 pmJulius RandlePF, New York Knicks
Julius Randle didn't shoot the ball well on Wednesday, but still managed 16 points (6-16 FG, 0-4 3PT), eight rebounds, six assists and a steal.
It wasn't a great night for Randle and his is about six rounds below his ADP just over halfway through the season. He'll need to be more efficient from the floor to see his value start to rise.
January 22, 2020, 10:13 pmMarc GasolC, Toronto Raptors
Marc Gasol did not miss a shot, going 7-for-7 from the field (3-of-3 from deep), also adding five rebounds, three assists and a steal in 25 minutes.
Gasol has been a top-65 play over the last week and as long as your team can stomach the incoming maintenance rest-days on the horizon, he should be able to sustain that value moving forward.
January 22, 2020, 10:13 pmPatrick McCawSG, Toronto Raptors
Patrick McCaw was diagnosed with a broken nose after taking a shot to the face on Wednesday.
Coach Nick Nurse said that Patrick McCaw will see a specialist for his broken nose. McCaw will likely miss multiple games but he was not on the fantasy radar with Norman Powell and Fred VanVleet healthy. Terence Davis (zero points and six rebounds in 13 minutes on Wednesday) and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (zero points and two rebounds in 13 minutes on Wednesday) could pick up some extra minutes but are only worth considering in deeper leagues.

January 22, 2020, 10:12 pmMitchell RobinsonC, New York Knicks
Mitchell Robinson turned 24 minutes off the bench into a team-high 12 rebounds on Wednesday, also chipping in four points, an assist and a block.
It was Robinson's first double-digit rebound game of the month. He had a lot of hype coming into the season and has been a bit of letdown for owners taking him at his ADP in the 30s. However, he is able to chip in consistent blocks and has room to grow in the second half of the season.
January 22, 2020, 10:08 pmAnthony DavisPF-C, Los Angeles Lakers
Anthony Davis padded the stat sheet on Wednesday night, dropping 28 points on 7-of-14 from the field plus a perfect 13-for-13 from the line, while adding five rebounds, five assists, a steal and two blocks.
Davis had a strong second game back from injury. The Brow is back and owners can safely deploy as normal. He's in contention for being the top fantasy player at the end of the year.
January 22, 2020, 10:05 pmChristian WoodPF, Detroit Pistons
Christian Wood shot a perfect 7-of-7 from the field and 9-of-11 from the line on his way to scoring 23 points with three rebounds and one steal in 25 minutes on Wednesday.
Thon Maker got the start with Andre Drummond (lip laceration) sitting out, but Wood was still able to get his minutes and posted an efficient fantasy line to give his owners big boosts in both percentages. Wood is likely to breakout if Andre Drummond gets traded and is worth a stash if you can afford it with the trade deadline two weeks away.
January 22, 2020, 10:03 pmLeBron JamesSF, Los Angeles Lakers
LeBron James swiped a season-best five steals on Wednesday to go along with his 21 points (9-of-16 shooting), six rebounds and five assists.
The assists finally slowed for The King, but he made up for it in spades on the defensive end. He's still a top-10 player over the halfway mark and there's no reason we can see this changing much.
January 22, 2020, 10:00 pmOG AnunobySF, Toronto Raptors
OG Anunoby was a near-non-factor for the Raptors on Wednesday, missing all three shot attempts from the field for zero points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 21 minutes.
OG probably stood for "Oh God, he sucks" as far as his owners were concerned. Serge Ibaka was a far superior option, despite coming off the bench as he was able to chip in 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting with two 3s, seven rebounds, two dimes and two steals. OG is down and can't get worse than he was tonight, so float a buy-very-low offer and take advantage of his owers' frustrations.
