Blake Griffin (left hamstring, knee soreness) will not make his season debut Friday against the Pacers.
Griffin began traveling with the team last week and had since been cleared for full contact, 5-on-5 practice, so it's safe to say that his return is imminent. That said, the Pacers' frontcourt is a bit barren right now, so it makes sense to hold Griffin out against a team lacking size up front, particularly since it affords Griffin three more days of rest before their next game on Monday. Check back in early next week for an update on Griffin's status.
