Buddy Hield (ankle) and Vince Carter (kidney stones) both participated in Tuesday’s practice according to James Ham.
Hield has missed the past two games with an ankle injury while Carter has sat out the past seven games. It’s looking good that both players will return to the court for Wednesday’s game against the Lakers. Hield should slot right back into the rotation which could bump down minutes for Frank Mason, George Hill, Garrett Temple and Bogdan Bogdanovic. Carter isn’t guaranteed to jump into the rotation so it’ll be interesting to see how he’s deployed in the Kings’ new look rotation. Confirmation of their game status should become available on Wednesday morning.
