The Bulls are going to “err on the side of caution” with Zach LaVine’s return from ACL surgery in February.
LaVine will return to the floor at least a year from the date of the injury and it might be much sooner than that, too. We’re going to call him doubtful for the start of the season until we get some indication that a late-October start is remotely possible. When he returns to the floor, the big question will be whether or not he can continue to turn in the excellent shooting numbers he was putting up in Minnesota.
