In a recent Q&A, Hawks beat writer Chris Kirschner reported that Cam Reddish still hasn't been cleared to return to practice after undergoing core muscle surgery in June.
Reddish underwent a "minor" surgery at the beginning of June that was supposed to have a six-week timetable. We're now over two months removed and he still hasn't been cleared, though the Hawks have yet to show outward concern over his status — he's still expected to be ready for training camp. Reddish is ticketed to fill multiple roles for Atlanta, including backup PG, but this, coupled with concerns about his stat set, make him a player we're not all that interested in standard redraft formats.
