• Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat (with the help of the players’ union) have reportedly reached an agreement that would allow for Bosh to become a free agent this offseason, according to sources of Brian Windhorst of ESPN.

Nothing is finalized yet, but it sounds as if Bosh’s $52.1 million dollar salary over the next two years would be wiped from Miami’s cap, while allowing Bosh to look for a new team.  He’s repeatedly said he wants to keep playing, and a healthy Bosh is a bonafide All-Star, but it’ll be hard for Bosh to gain medical clearance as long as he is being prescribe blood thinners.
