• Rockets’ center Clint Capela is out with a right orbital fracture and will not be on the trip to Boston and Washington, per Jonathan Feigen.

Just when the Rockets got back their big man after a heel injury his career season will again be put on hold for a couple games. There has been no word on the need for surgery to fix the issue so owners are most likely looking at a short term absence. Nene will takeover as the starting center while Houston will deploy more small-ball lineups in his absence. Capela has been one of the best stories of the season returning top-25 value for his owners but he has had trouble staying healthy in his short career.

Update: Fiegen says that the return date will depend on when Capela’s swelling goes down enough to wear a mask.
