Deron Williams missed Tuesday’s shootaround with an illness but is expected to be ready to play in Game 4.
Williams is feeling under the weather but it’s a good sign that this is what caused him to miss practice and not the shoulder/neck problem he picked up in Game 3. He got his arm caught and shoulder pinched on a hard screen from Jonas Jerebko on Sunday and went down but managed to fight through it. Williams hasn’t been good this postseason but the Cavs will need him to get back to form quickly. He’s the only semblance of point guard depth on the roster.
