Knicks head coach Jeff Hornacek is confident Derrick Rose’s ankle injury is nothing serious but is unsure of how much time he’ll miss.
Rose injured his ankle stepping on Kemba Walker’s foot in Friday’s game against the Hornets. While he had to exit the game in the third quarter, the Knicks still emerged with the win. “It’s nothing major,’’ coach Jeff Hornacek said. “He’ll be back whenever sprained ankles heal. Could be the next game, could be two, three games.’’ While Brandon Jennings is expected to draw the start in Rose’s absence, we like Justin Holiday better as a sneaky DFS play.
