Dewayne Dedmon is getting closer to a return and will get a CT scan later in the week, per Hawks beat writer KL Chouinard.
Dedmon was expected to be out for 3-6 weeks starting back at the end of November and it seems like he’s healing up quickly. Tibia stress reactions can take a while to heal so it’s good to see Dedmon progressing. Depending on how that scan goes, it might be time to make Dedmon a stash if he’s on your waiver wire. He can pick up enough rebounds, blocks and threes to approach top-100 numbers when everything is clicking and should be owned in all leagues when he’s playing. Miles Plumlee and Tyler Cavanaugh have done most of the work at center without him, but John Collins should return in the next few days and crash their party. He should also be owned in all leagues.
