Jonas Valanciunas was asked in passing if he would be playing in Saturday’s Game 3 against the Cavs and he responded, “I don’t know, we’ll see.”
Valanciunas was ruled out for Game 3 in an earlier report. There are other reports of him walking around pretty well and this would be news if he can go, so we expect to find out real soon if there is any substance to JV’s comments or if he was just saying something vague to the press.
Update: He’s not in the starting lineup and we’ll get an update about his status any second now.
Update II: He’s not out for warmups. This sounds like much ado about nothing.
No JV for warm-up … What's 'tease' in Lithuanian?

JV just walked on ACC floor for a pre-game warm-up. I asked if he was playing: " I don't know, we'll see." pic.twitter.com/ELnjGSc2TP

Jonas Valanciunas just walked out to the court. By far the most comfortable he has looked walking in some time.
