Dwight Powell (left hamstring strain) is progressing but has been ruled out for the remainder of the preseason.
The Mavs haven't said anything in the way of a potential timetable for return, but this is concerning for fantasy managers. Powell's draft stock is slipping, and though he's still a recommended late-round target that now comes with the caveat that you could be without his services for an undetermined length of time. Maxi Kleber figures to be the big beneficiary and is a nice source of steals, blocks and threes, so he's definitely worth a look in 14-teamers. Boban Marjanovic also stands to benefit in specific matchups but he's more of a streaming play.
