Knicks point guard Frank Ntilikina told ESPN’s Ian Begley that he’s been cleared for contact and will practice in full tomorrow.
Ntilikina will not play tonight and has had a rough first preseason. He’s not exactly NBA-ready, as evidenced by the Knicks collecting a Who’s Who of Who’s That? at point guard. He’s a weak flier, as the Knicks would be wise to insulate him and give him only the safest minutes possible until he gets up to speed. Ntilikina may not be given substantial minutes until the second half of the season and offers limited upside after that, so deep league owners can do better.
