Kings veteran guard George Hill (illness) is probable for Wednesday’s tilt against the Nets.
Hill sat out Tuesday’s game with the illness, but will return Wednesday to a full workload. De’Aaron Fox is out so the vet will asked to be the primary playmaker in the backcourt. The 31-year-old started off slow this season, but has been producing well lately (top-93) over the last 12 games, so he should be owned in standard leagues. Coach Dave Joeger is known for playing his vets and he is doing so at the expense of developing the young players so take advantage while you can. As the Kings fall out of playoff contention they may opt to phase out the veterans and there is also the possibility of a trade before the deadline, so his long term outlook is mirky. For this reason you may want to sell high if you high in the standings, but you also may be able to get him fairly cheap in a trade if you are a struggling team in need of the short term help.
