George Hill left Monday’s game against the Suns due to a left ankle injury late in the fourth quarter and did not return.
Hill rolled the ankle pretty good but with the injury occurring so late in the fourth quarter it might have been a case of them playing things extremely safe. To be clear, the game was still in doubt and they could have used Hill but he clearly wasn’t sure if he could push off on it. We’ll get you details as they come in but this didn’t seem like a very serious injury. He finished with 17 points, eight boards, three assists, a block and a three on 7-of-18 shooting.
Update: George Hill was seen walking without much of a limp after the game according to Tony Jones.
