Zeller is battling a bone bruise in his knee and the Hornets have enough depth at center to handle his absence without pushing him too hard. Johnny O’Bryant is now technically the backup center, but Frank Kaminsky will get the biggest boost. MKG was away for two weeks after the passing of his grandmother but has since returned to practice, though Charlotte wants to get his conditioning back in order before putting him into a game. He should be back in the very near future and is worth adding if you really need steals and blocks. Presumably, Dwayne Bacon’s time in the starting lineup is coming to an end.
