Jeremy Lin (hamstring) will not play in Saturday’s game against the Spurs.
This is why you don’t play Lin more than 27 mpg and also why he shouldn’t be evaluated above that mark. He went over that number and dealt with a major hammy injury, and though he’ll be day-to-day seemingly any day now it’s almost better to evaluate him as week-to-week.
Update: Lin played some 1-on-1 with Caris LeVert on Friday and it’s sometimes the case that players work up from 1-on-1 to 2-on-2, 3-on-3, etc.
