• Jimmy Butler (knee) and Derrick Rose (adductor) both played in the Bulls’ 118-102 win over the Nets on Thursday, with Butler scoring 22 points to go with a full stat line and Rose putting up 12 points on 5-of-12 shooting with three rebounds, five assists, one trey and one steal in the win.

Butler hit 7-of-12 shots and 8-of-8 free throws to go with his three rebounds, seven assists and one steal and this sure looks a lot like the old arrangement.  Rose has been relying on big popcorn stats to maintain his value and owners probably don’t want to do anything rash given the Bulls’ excellent upcoming schedule, but he has so many various risks that owners should be on their toes and ready to move off him if the situation presents itself.
