Brown also mentioned that he hopes that there won’t be any restrictions on the big man’s playing time, but even if there is it won’t be nearly as limiting as last season. Sixers GM Bryan Colangelo added that there have been no setbacks from the March 24th surgery. It’s strange that six months removed from the surgery he is still not scrimmaging. The surgery was just an arthroscopic one and has a 4-6 week recovery timetable. It’s possible the Sixers are playing this overly safe with their star center.
