John Wall is ahead of schedule on his recovery from knee surgery.
Wall’s weight is down and he is riding the stationary bike getting his cardio up just one month after surgery. His original timetable was six to eight weeks and it was stated that he will not rush back but these are positive signs going forward. Wall’s status for the next few weeks is unchanged but it seems there is a chance he can return sooner rather than later. If he can return closer to six weeks than eight weeks, Wall would be able to contribute towards the stretch run. The Wizards have little reason to rush him back and risk re-injury.
