Wizards head coach Scott Brooks said he expected John Wall (knee) to be on crutches for at least another week, according to Candace Buckner of the Washington Post.
“I’m not a doctor. I know our guys are good and he’s diligent in his rehab and he’s been in here every day,” said Brooks. “He’s on crutches, I’m assuming, for another week. Maybe a little longer.” Wall has not played since January 25 and was originally given a six to eight week timetable. Tomas Satoransky has stepped up as the starting point guard and has become a valuable streaming option while Wall is out.
