Justise Winslow should be starting at small forward for the Heat in 2017-18 according to Anthony Chiang of the Palm Beach Post.
Winlow’s season was cut short due to a torn labrum in his right shoulder. This was supposed to be his break-out season with veterans like Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh no longer playing for the Heat. Rodney McGruder is currently his main competitor for minutes, but expect the Heat to also bring in another wing. Winslow averaged 10.9 points, 5.2 boards, 3.7 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.4 treys and played nearly 35 minutes per game. His biggest weakness is his shooting, hitting just 35.6 percent from the field and 20.0 percent from 3-point range. Winslow has a very versatile game and you can expect a bounce-back season from the young gun next year.
