Kevin Durant (ankle) will not play on Saturday against the Pelicans.
He was doubtful to begin with, and the Warriors don’t have much reason to hurry him back if his ankle is still causing problems. At this stage, we are calling him questionable for Monday’s game against the Kings. Meanwhile, Andre Iguodala (sore left knee) is probable, and will likely be called upon to carry some of the lost offense if he is healthy. Omri Casspi drew a start on Friday for Durant and finished with 6-4-4 plus three defensive stats in 25 minutes. He could be a low end DFS option, but we should expect to see another Steph Curry show tonight and we at Hoop-Ball are feeling good about our number-one pick so far.
