Kristaps Porzingis (elbow) says that he may require a procedure on his elbow following the season according to the NY Post.
“When I hit [the elbow] again it just swells up and it’s sensitive and I can’t stretch my arm,” Porzingis said. “It bothers me a little bit but not that bad … But I think once the season’s over, I might have to do something about it. I just can’t keep going like this every year.” He’s currently day-to-day and has already been ruled out of Wednesday’s game. An injury like this is worth keeping an eye on throughout the season, especially considering he feels it may require some sort of procedure. Hopefully it’s just a minor issue that won’t affect him moving forward. Guys like Michael Beasley, Lance Thomas and Doug McDermott could be in for extra minutes while he’s out.
