Kyle Lowry told ESPN’s Dave McMenamin that he’s receiving treatment on his sprained ankle and getting ready to play in Game 3 on Friday.
Lowry had Norman Powell thrown into his ankle last night and he was down on the floor for a bit before heading into the locker room. He returned to finish out the third quarter but left after that, a move that was certainly aided by the score. Lowry reportedly wouldn’t have returned to the game at all if this wasn’t the postseason, so it’s definitely hampering his ability to play. While there’s no chance he’s 100 percent by tip off tomorrow, he’ll almost assuredly be out there. He’s been fine in this series but has gotten minimal and fleeting support from his teammates.
