Kyle Lowry is in New York for a routine checkup following his wrist surgery two weeks ago.
Lowry has been said to be progressing well and has hopes of beating his initial 4-5 week timetable, though much of that will depend on how dire Toronto’s straits are to end the season. With TSN’s Josh Lewenberg reporting that Lowry has done some light dribbling already, you can bet on him returning for at least part of the regular season. Lowry still has yet to play in a game with new Raptor Serge Ibaka, so the team would love to have them get some time together before the playoffs start.
