Kyrie Irving (sore knee) is expected to rest his sore knee for at least the next two games.
“It started in Houston. Just aching. After a few days it usually just subsides. But it’s been aching for a little bit, so I’m just going to do what’s necessary to get to where I need to be and that’s it,” said Irving. Irving indicated his absence being at least two games, but it looks like it could be longer than that. Expect Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier to absorb Irving’s minutes, while much of the offense will be funneled through Al Horford.
