While Kyrie Irving’s knee soreness isn’t considered to be a serious injury, Brad Stevens admitted that it “certainly could last through the weeks.”
This will throw a huge wrench into the plans of Irving’s fantasy owners, who could be without their second-round stud in either the last week of the regular season or the first week of the playoffs. Shane Larkin is starting tonight but regardless of who starts, Marcus Smart and Terry Rozier will be the preferred fantasy plays. Smart more for rebounds, steals and assists and Rozier for scoring and threes.
