Larry Nance Jr. (hamstring) is now questionable to face the Suns on Friday night.
Nance was able to go through shootaround despite initially being listed as out, so we’ll see if he can play in this one. A matchup with the Suns should be loose enough that he can work up a sweat in game action without any of the standard pressures, so it’s possible that he goes from out to in over 24 hours. His place in the rotation is up for debate, however. Nance had drawn starts in the frontcourt but Kevin Love is back now with Tristan Thompson set to return soon as well. If Nance is in and Thompson isn’t, he could start at power forward and bump Jeff Green to the bench, or start at center and move Love back to power forward. Either way, Green will take a hit and Nance will be worth a pickup in 12-team leagues when he returns, as he should get enough minutes to deliver solid numbers regardless of his nominal role.
