• Although he hasn’t progressed to practicing, Lonzo Ball has not had setbacks to the injury and after testing the knee Monday in Toronto he did not feel worse Tuesday morning.

Ball has began testing his knee with lateral movement in sessions with Lakers’ trainers. “He got a start with trainers, but nothing to the extent of what it would take to play basketball, move laterally, change direction, full-speed drills,” Walton said. The degree of sprain Lonzo is dealing with typically requires a recovery time of one to three weeks. Ball suffered the injury on January 13th and it appears that he is getting closer to a return but we have to see him practice before he can return to the court. He is worth holding onto in 12-team leagues.

  • Ricky Rubio
    PG, Phoenix Suns

Ricky Rubio (back spasms) is going to test his back out in pregame warmups to determine if he can give it a go against the Kings on Tuesday.

If Rubio can't go, Jevon Carter would likely get another start while Tyler Johnson and Cam Johnson would see extra minutes. Devin Booker would get a usage boost in an inviting matchup with a four-game slate on tap for DFS.

  • Evan Turner
    SG, Atlanta Hawks

  • Jabari Parker
    PF, Atlanta Hawks

Jabari Parker (right shoulder pain) is being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks.

If Parker can't go the Hawks frontcourt would be in flux. The Hawks would likely go small with De'Andre Hunter at the four and DeAndre' Bembry at the three while bench minutes will likely be dispersed based on the hot hand. Trae Young would be staring at a monster usage in this scenario.

  • Carmelo Anthony
    PF, Portland Trail Blazers

Per Marc J. Spears of ESPN, Carmelo Anthony is expected to play around 20 minutes against the Pelicans on Tuesday.

It’s officially Melo time again. For the first time in over a year Anthony will take the floor in an NBA game, and he gets a good matchup against a banged up Pelicans team. The Blazers will need everything Melo has in him with star PG Damian Lillard out.
