Lou Williams (hamstring) returned to action in Sunday’s loss to the Knicks, scoring 15 points on 7-of-12 shooting (including a three) with one rebound, five assists and one steal in 26 minutes of action.
Leave it to Byron Scott to play the entire team between 22 and 27 minutes tonight. This is an ugly box every where you look. Kobe Bryant (shoulder) played and hit 5-of-15 shots for 14 points and not much else, and D’Angelo Russell hit just 1-of-7 shots for four points, two rebounds, two assists, one three and one steal in his 22 minutes. Jordan Clarkson’s night wasn’t nearly as bad with 12 points, three rebounds, two assists and three steals, and Marcelo Huertas started to come back to earth a little with just nine points, four rebounds and two assists in the loss.
