Mario Chalmers had to be helped off the floor with no pressure on his right foot and did not return after suffering a non-contact injury in Wednesday’s game.
Chalmers left the arena in a wheelchair and won’t get an MRI until Tuesday. Owners should stop what they’re doing to pick up Lance Stephenson. He has been a late-round value over the last eight games in 23.6 mpg. Now he could be one of the only healthy players for the Grizz heading down the stretch, and with Chalmers gone there will be a lot more touches for him. Mike Conley’s health is iffy at best. At worst, he probably holds is current valuation. At best, he can end up being a mid-round guy. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
Mario Chalmers down, needs to be helped off. Saw him say, "I heard it pop."
