This was the doctor that determined Fultz had scapular muscle imbalance in addition to soreness in his right shoulder on October 29th. The No. 1 pick in June’s NBA draft has participated in passing, shooting drills and dribbling drills while being on the road with the rest of the team. “We are trying to integrate him into whatever we can do team-wise to let him stay connected with teammates,” coach Brett Brown said. Brown wouldn’t say what it would take for Fultz to get back on the court but this looks like a step forward for the rookie and owners should remain patient for more positive news soon.
