An illness could keep Michael Kidd-Gilchrist out of Wednesday’s game against the Celtics.
Kidd-Gilchrist has been inconsistent this year and is only performing like a 12-team league option right now. Last year the defensive specialist finished top-85 so the potential is there as the season goes along and he is worth holding onto, but is not a must own. The difference between this year and last is an influx of young talent at the wing spots for the Hornets and the emergence of Jeremy Lamb which puts a cap on MKG’s value.
