Nikola Jokic (ankle) returned from a seven-game absence in Friday’s 117-111 overtime win against the Pelicans, scoring 13 points on 6-of-13 shooting (including a three) with 11 rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes off the bench.
As far as return games go this is just fine. Mason Plumlee started and put up nine points, nine rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocks in 31 minutes, but his days of standard league value barely got started and nevertheless are numbered. Jamal Murray added 15 points on 5-of-14 shooting with three treys, five boards, three assists and three steals, giving owners a great window to sell high with as the stat set is going to go back to early season days pretty soon.
