Nikola Jokic (ankle) will not play in Saturday’s game against the Lakers and is expected to miss several games according Adrian Wojnarowski.
Jokic is basically day-to-day right now and it’s unclear if MRI results have shown anything long-term. Mason Plumlee has a good shot at top-100 value while Jokic is off the floor and look for the Nuggets to go small while they’re hit with the injury bug.
Update: Woj is reporting Jokic is expected to miss several games with his left ankle injury, but MRI results came back clear. Plumlee should be good to go for a few games at least while Jokic is out.
Denver star Nikola Jokic is expected to miss several games with left ankle sprain, but MRI results were negative on Friday, league sources tell ESPN.
