Noah Vonleh is on schedule to return from a shoulder strain in three weeks and he currently has no pain and a full range of motion.
Vonleh wasn’t much of a factor for the Blazers in last year’s regular season, logging only 17.1 MPG. However, he saw an increase in playing time when the postseason came and moved up to 25.0 MPG. The increase in minutes didn’t seem to boost Vonleh’s production though, as he only raised his scoring output per game from 4.4 to 4.5 and his most notable boost went to his rebounds, jumping from 5.2 to 7.3. Vonleh’s outlook for this season looks bleak with the Blazers having a pretty stacked front court and the hype over Caleb Swanigan continuing to rise. He can be left on the board come draft day.
