Norman Powell hit 7-of-13 shots (1-of-2 3PTs, 6-of-7 FTs) for a season-high 21 points with three rebounds, one assist and five steals in 27 minutes off the bench on Tuesday against the Nets.
Powell is flirting with late-round value over the past few weeks and a lot of his value will be tied to how crowded the rotation will be but the talent is there. He was inside the Bruski 150 for a reason and he’s worth a look in 14-16 team formats. Cory Joseph (illness) returned and scored 11 points with seven rebounds, four assists and one trey. He’s in the same boat as Powell.
