Otto Porter did not participate in Monday’s practice but was able to get shots up after the session was done, per Candace Buckner of the Washington Post.
Porter hasn’t practiced since he sustained a hip injury on Friday. If he were to miss more time, it’d open things up for Kelly Oubre and the red hot Mike Scott. Oubre can sneak up on the top-150 thanks to subtle all-around production and is worth owning in leagues of 14 teams or more while Scott should be used as a 3-point and scoring asset in deeper formats while he’s hot and the minutes are there. This may also present a nice buy low opportunity for Porter if you think his current owner undervalues his elite production.
Update: Porter is shaping up as a game-time decision on Tuesday.
