Patrick Patterson left Friday’s game against the Celtics during the fourth quarter due to a left ankle injury and did not return, but coach Dwane Casey said he took him out of the game as a precautionary measure and that the injury wasn’t serious.
X-rays taken were negative. We’re not going to go too far with this because Luis Scola (17 points, three boards, one steal) and Jason Thompson (five points, five boards, one steal, two blocks) aren’t good fantasy options. Even if Patterson missed time, they’d be the biggest of Hail Mary plays on any given night.
