According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, Ben Simmons (foot) has been cleared to play 5-on-5 but is unlikely to play in summer league this season.
The No. 1 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft has yet to see the court and it looks as though it will take a bit longer before we see him in action. He will be eligible for rookie of the year honors in 2017-18. Dynasty owners must hang on.
Ben Simmons has been cleared for 5-on-5 work after a clean scan on his right foot today. But he is not expected to play in summer league.
