Trae Young (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out of Thursday's game but will return to the court next week, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports is reporting that Young will not require an MRI and is day-to-day, while it's also being reported that Young would be able to play on Thursday if it was a playoff game. This is a major bullet dodged for the Hawks, who shouldn't be without their franchise player for long. In the meantime look for DeAndre' Bembry to provide the best boost of short-term value, while Cam Reddish and Tyrone Wallace could also pick up more ball-handling work.
