Richaun Holmes left Saturday’s game early for halftime but would start the second half as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury, and he finished with 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting with two rebounds, two steals and one trey in 24 minutes.
Holmes has looked a bit ginger with the hamstring issue lately but hopefully this falls under the minor category and he can get his explosion back. The rebounding totals have never been off the charts for Holmes but he needs to pick up the pace in that department, which is something that Brett Brown talked about after the game. Either way the money counting stats are going to be there for him as long as he’s healthy and the scoring and rebounding are nice supplements to that value.
#Sixers Brown on Holmes as starter: 'I'm always challenging Richaun to rebound more.' Had 2 in 23 1/2 minutes.
