According to Shams Charania, Rudy Gobert has been diagnosed with a sprained PCL in his left knee and a bone bruise in his tibia and is expected to be out for one month.
Fantasy owners cannot catch a break as Gobert missed 11 games in November and will now miss at least that many again with his newest injuries. Derrick Favors will resume the role as the starting center, where he averaged 16.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and 0.8 steals in the 11 games Gobert missed. Gobert is expected to miss the next 14-16 games but owners must stay strong and hold on. Ekpe Udoh and Jonas Jerebko benefit as well but only have value in deep 14-16 team leagues.
