• Rudy Gobert suffered a Grade-2 sprained MCL of his left knee in practice on Wednesday and he is out indefinitely.

Ouch. Gobert doesn’t need surgery and similar injuries have yielded up to two months of time off, but we’ve seen shorter timeframes as well.  As a younger player he may also heal fast, and his lighter and athletic frame may also work in his favor.  Obviously owners aren’t dropping him, and Trevor Booker becomes a player to consider as a speculative pickup in 12-team formats.  If you wanted to take a flier on Jeff Withey in deeper formats, we’ve liked the cut of his jib in the one or two minutes we’ve caught of him this season.  Local beat writers aren’t so impressed.
