According to a report from Brandon Robinson of Heavy.com, some within the Nets organization believe that Kyrie Irving (right shoulder impingement) could miss two or three more weeks.
Internally, the injury is being called thoracic bursitis. Irving still has yet to be cleared for contact and the Nets haven't publicly said anything about a potential timetable, giving the guard all the time he needs to get right. Spencer Dinwiddie's outlook continues to improve, and Irving's continued absence may also make it easier for Caris LeVert to find a rhythm when he returns from his own injury.
