Warriors guard Steph Curry (ankle) will miss Wednesday’s game against the Hornets.
This was not a surprise after how bad the injury looked on Monday night. However, by all accounts it’s just a ankle sprain and Curry has downplayed the issue. X-rays were negative and his MRI results are expected later today so stay tuned for those. It’s worth noting that the sharpshooter did have major issues with ankle injuries early in his career. With Curry and Shaun Livingston (suspension) out against the Hornets we should see a lot of Patrick McCaw (nose) who is also questionable, if he plays. Andre Iguodala will probably see more minutes and run the point while Klay Thompson and and Kevin Durant should see big usage increases.
